Hard work finally pays off. I've been using this blog as a test platform for planning for something even bigger. Played around with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and I can say just after less than 6 months, this blog is ranked 3rd using "danau permai blog" search. 

There's still tons of work to be done as the site does not appear at all with the keyword "Danau Permai Condominium". Surprisingly my YouTube video of Danau Permai Condominiums comes out in one of the top 10 results.

Covered Landed Carparks - a rare commodity

Due to land space scarcity, covered landed carparks are quite a rare sight nowadays in newer established condominiums. 

Most of the carparks of today are multi storey car parks. Some of such car parks even are lined up one after another in front of the other, meaning that although technically you got 2 car parks, the car at the front lot needs to reverse out before the car the back and come out.

Danau Permai Condominium, Taman Desa has got excellent public transport nearby. In fact, it has got 3 rail stations nearby the vicinity.

Just outside Danau Permai Condominium is the bus stop. There is a bus service from Taman Desa (Jalan Utama) to Pasar Seni via the U72. This bus also stops at KL Sentral where the KLIA Express aka Airport Rail is located. Most importantly , this bus also stops at Midvalley Megamall, who needs a car if you got buses to Midvalley Megamall.

RapidKL bus U72 travels into Taman Desa along Jalan Desa, Jalan Desa Utama and Jalan Desa Bakti all the way to Pasar Seni (Central Market) near Chinatown in the city centre.

Road Access

There are 3 main access roads to get in and out of Taman Desa: Jalan Desa (near Taman Desa Medical Center), Jalan Bukit Desa (near Merc Residence), and Jalan Desa Bakti (near 1 Desa Residence).

Taman Desa residents have easy access to Federal Highway which links them all the way to Klang and Kuala Lumpur. The New Pantai Expressway (NPE) provides an easier access to Subang Jaya and Sunway by avoiding the Federal Highway traffic.

Residents can use Sprint Expressway through Kerinchi Link to get to Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Mont Kiara, Damansara, Bandar Utama and Jalan Duta.

Getting to the city centre is a breeze too as entry to the Smart Tunnel is located at the exit of Taman Desa near 1 Desa Residence, leading residents into Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Imbi, Jalan Tun Razak, Bukit Bintang and KLCC.

Maju Expressway (MEX) links residents to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), while the KL-Seremban Highway links Taman Desa to other neighbourhoods like Kuchai Lama, Desa Petaling, Sri Petaling and Bukit Jalil.
