The latest development near Old Klang Road is 9 (nine) Seputeh, a high end condominium located just opposite MKH Saville Residences.
Their showroom and sales office is just at the site itself.

Just from an outsider's view, my comments as below
Good Points :
- Monorail Extension just right in front of property (biggest selling point)
- Klang River of Life clean up (so clean that the water is drinkable)
- Very near Midvalley Megamall, sandwich between Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur
Bad Points :
- High tension cables cuts just right into the property without any buffer zone (can be alleviated by planting more trees or build the offices and residences higher than the cables structure)
- Currently all of the promised points are still in proposal state so it really depends on the execution
- Have to endure Old Klang Road crazy traffic jams
Price wise it's little bit on the high end but would be worth it if the Monorail really cuts directly into it.
