Comparatively, rental is on par with Shaftsbury SOHO units. However, the Shaftsbury SOHO units lack a balcony. This makes it very difficult for hanging clothes. When D'Pulze Shopping Mall is opened, this place has the potential to be as lively as Shaftsbury Square.

This is an integrated development whereby there is a retail shopping mall under the residences. 2 Hotels are next to the residences, Citadel (4star) and Tune Hotel (Budget). The anchor grocer is Presto Grocer, a very niche and upmarket groceries chain with branches in K-Avenue. Ananda Krisnan's Tanjong Golden Village aka TGV will have an outlet here once the mall is up and running.
Food and convenience is located just 1 small road across to Cyberjaya CBD (Cyberjaya Business District).
