Covered Landed Carparks - a rare commodity

Due to land space scarcity, covered landed carparks are quite a rare sight nowadays in newer established condominiums. 

Most of the carparks of today are multi storey car parks. Some of such car parks even are lined up one after another in front of the other, meaning that although technically you got 2 car parks, the car at the front lot needs to reverse out before the car the back and come out. 

In addition to that, most of these multi storey car parks are dimly lit and could pose a security danger to vulnerable groups of people, namely, senior citizens and pregnant women.
