Casa Desa Condominium is the most recent condominium in Taman Desa. "Casa" is Malay word for Castle while Desa is village, literally it is translated as Castle Village.
Being the new kid on the block, it would seem that it is a better choice for stay as compare to Danau Desa. While being new, it does have some
- Some people say that you can actually smell the stench of the sewage pond nearby. This view can be subjective as it depends on the block the unit is located.
- Not so spacious indoor multi-storey carpark
- Connectivity to pool is via carpark which is quite inconvenient
- Higher density
- Small swimming pool for the given density

Casa Desa is claimed to have bad design for several reasons. One of them is the smaller units block A,B and C are facing West which makes the house extra hot in the afternoon. For bigger unit residents, they have to walk passing car park before reaching the swimming pool
