1000 psf for Taman Desa Condominium ? at Papillon Desa Hill

Recently saw this ad on Propwall. A 1000 sq ft condominium in Taman Desa trying (attempting??) to sell at 2.1 mil, works out to be around RM1000 per sq ft. This is Kuala Lumpur (KL) City Center price in outskirt of Kuala Lumpur.

First thing came to to my mind is wow ! sure or not, is this fake ? Based on the listing, the agent put it under featured listing. Mind you, to put into featured listing you need to pay a small premium of online listing fees so in my opinion should not be a fake listing. 

One of the techniques real estate agents or negotiators get you to click on links is to advertise ridiculously lower price than others advertised, so this fishing technique should not apply as the price listed is higher than its peers.

hmm..ok authenticity checked. So I opened the link just to check the interior, nothing special also just some nice kitchen cabinets accentuated with down lights to make it look cool. (very common technique use by interior designers just to make it more posh). However, notice that the rooms all look quite normal looking without any designer furniture. In my honest opinion, the room photo looks very cluttered with an ugly purple feature wall.

I do believe the pricing has gone slightly ahead of its fundamentals but this price is very cheap if the Old Klang Road River of Life, MRT Circle line 3 and KL Monorial Extension is up and running in the near future.
