Was surfing propwall and found this description for a property really amusing. First, the agent posts very nice pictures of the property and then at the description side says that the photos are for illustration purpose (mentioned as illusion ??) to protect the privacy of the owner. This is gross misrepresentation of the advertisement. First you post a good picture and then say it is not the actual product. I don't even want to get started on the Manglish description.
When I post a property advertisement, I am expected to post the actual pictures so people know what they are getting and it gives them a feel of the product. I know some agents do not post actual pictures because they worry another agent might see the advertisement and then undercut the original agent by negotiating directly with the owner. Another reason that I can think of is that the agent is too lazy to get his ass out to take actual site pictures and rips of pictures of others.
